Hannah has had two paintings selected by Adam Zombory-Moldovan, to be shown at the ZMMA architectural practice launch exhibition, at their new Shaftesbury office.

The exhibition includes selected works by Dorset Visual Arts members exhibiting in the area and will open on Saturday 26th May until Sunday 10th June. The gallery will be closed on Sunday 27th May, Monday 28th May, Sunday 3rd June and Wednesday 6th June.

The county’s flagship biennial arts spectacular, which will run from May 26 to June 10, is one of the three largest events of its kind in the country.

Around 25,000 visitors from all over the UK and beyond will flock to Dorset where artists will be displaying their work and their skills at more than 300 venues the length and breadth of the county.

DAW, organised by Dorset Visual Arts, began in 1992, and over the years has become the longest running and most geographically widespread cultural event in the county.

The principal focus of the event is open studios where artists, designers and a wide range of creative talents throw open their homes and work places, or stage collective exhibitions in venues as diverse as village halls, barns, pubs and even a theatre.

The beneficiaries from DAW extend far beyond those taking part or visiting. It is estimated that the 16-day event benefits Dorset’s economy to the tune of £2 million.
